You can think of Robust Life as a suite of diagnostic tools that work together as one.
More specifically, Robust Life is a unique, multi-dimensional approach to understanding and tracking human well-being. It combines theoretical insights from anthropology, educational philosophy and the humanities in an integrated model that is used to measure human development across a broad range of aspects.
As an example, when you go to get a physical exam, your doctor uses a suite of measurements that look at different dimensions of your health, such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, etc. Each of these aspects indicates something important about your overall wellness. In a similar way, Robust Life looks at a variety of ways in which people develop, in order to get an overall picture of a person's well-being.
Since organizations are made and run by people, they have very human traits. They live and act like humans, and their well-being can be assessed using the same suite of measurements that Robust Life uses to look at individuals. Doing an organizational consultation with Robust Life gives you the chance to look at the overall health of your organization or to focus on the well-being of your personnel, or to do both at the same time, depending on your needs.
That depends on you and what kind of development you want to pursue.
The simple answer is that Sounding Board and Coaching plans run month to month and you can stop them at any time. You don't have to sign up for any specific length of time.
Organizational Consulting is a bit different because it's done as a project, and different projects take different amounts of time, especially when working with various sizes of organization. In order to do an organizational project, there will need to be a mutual commitment of time and resources, depending on the scale of the assessments involved.
Sounding Board and Coaching memberships are charged on a monthly basis on the first day of the month for the month to follow. You can start your membership on any day of the month and we’ll pro-rate it for you.
Organizational Consulting memberships are charged according to the terms agreed upon in each client's consulting contract. Those terms depend on the scope of consulting and the stages of the consulting project.
At Robust Life, we believe that success means more than just having a large client base. It also means living with character and having integrity in what you do.
Robust Life's aim is to help people and organizations develop in healthy ways. For us to have integrity in that mission, we have to make sure that our tools are a good fit for our clients' needs and that we are able to map out a solid path toward each client's well-being.
As well-rounded as Robust Life is, no approach to growth can do everything, and we want to make sure that Robust Life can provide what you need. We believe that having an honest conversation about what we offer and what you're looking for is a best first step in that process. That's why we don't let you pay for anything until we've worked out what kind of relationship we could or should have.
